I'm getting the following error message on installation:

"Runtime Error!
Program: C:\Windows\system32\MsiExec.exe

R6034
An application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly.
Please contact the application's support team for more information."

I've contacted the PI support but the tech didn't provide much help at all and quickly pointed me to the "Return Merchandise" department. I've used earlier versions and really want to get this installed. I've actually installed it on a holder computer that is running the same operating system, Vista Ultimate. Both computers have the same amount of RAM, plenty of hard disk, and all of the current Microsoft updates/hot fixes.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
