Hello! Im new all of this and Im having problems with "streaky or noise" everytime i add some effects on my work. I actually dont see the noise until i put it on the web. Let say adding glitters to my creation... Once i put it on the web I get those nasty colors spreads out from the glitters i put. Please help... Thank you
